By posting User Data to the Website, you represent that you have the authority and ability to post such information. We have data management plans in place to efficiently run the Website. As such, we shall retain User Data for no less than twenty-four (24) months following the date when you last edited or otherwise modified any particular item of User Data. No less than eighteen (18) months following the date when you last edited or otherwise modified any particular item of User Data we shall create an archival back up copy of such item(s). We may delete from the Website any particular item of User Data that has not been edited or otherwise modified by you in at least twenty-four (24) months.

How do we Protect the Confidentiality and Security of Your Personal Information?
Your Personal Information is protected by computer software security programs and hardware installed in connection with the Website which protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of your Personal Information. In consideration of your use of the Website, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Website (“Registration Data”).

Author’s Atlas shall make sure that all such email mailing lists have clear and visible information regarding how you can unsubscribe from the same.
Inviting Friends to Use the Website.
During your use of the Website you will have the opportunity to invite your friends to use and/or join the Website. In order to invite your friends you will have to provide their contact information. You should obtain the consent of your friends before submitting their contact information to us through the Website. If you do elect to invite a friend to use and/or join the Website, please be aware that we will need to make use of your friends’ contact information long enough to process your requests.
